4 April An informative meeting with officials took place on April 4, 2014 at the Bijūnai Multifunctional Centre (UDC) in Trakai district.
The event was attended by Jolanta Kaliukevičienė, Community Officer of Trakai District Police Commissariat, and Viktorija Aleknavičienė, Senior Specialist of Trakai Fire Rescue Service.
During the meeting, the officers discussed important safety topics with the community members: how to recognise and avoid fraud, how to deal with fires, and reminded them about safe behaviour on the road and in everyday life.
The event not only enriched the participants' knowledge, but also strengthened cooperation between citizens and representatives of law enforcement and rescue services.
